Usage of stainless steel single-layer filter

1. When using, you can take a small amount of soft soap or laundry detergent with a brush to gently clean the inside and surface of the filter. Rinse it clean with tap water and distilled water in sequence. After filling the O-ring and assembling it, steam it for 30 minutes to sterilize it before use.

2. Connect the upper and lower feed liquid pipelines, and place the feed liquid into the filter from top to bottom through the pipeline. Release the air slightly to exhaust the air inside the filter (otherwise it will affect the filtration rate), and then proceed with filtration.

3. Normally used filters, after production is completed, open the filter, remove the filter membrane, rinse it clean with distilled water, and then fill the pipeline with steam for 30 minutes for sterilization before using it again.
