The patented product stainless steel automatic filter is a newly developed and operated automatic continuous vacuum filter machine by our company. In addition to the motor, other parts of this machine are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316L, which are suitable for filtering various high viscosity, high concentration, and pH acid and alkali solutions. This machine applies vacuum filtration, which has the outstanding advantages of continuous operation, automatic cleaning and slag unloading, large circulation volume, and can be replaced within 6-8 months under the limited use time of the filter material (filtered water). It makes up for the inconvenience of manual operation for slag unloading and cleaning in the plate and frame filter machine, which cannot be continuously produced. It greatly improves production efficiency, reduces operating costs and labor intensity of operators, and is very suitable for processing materials with large volume and no need for large pressure difference.

Working principle of stainless steel automatic filter:

The main component of the fully automatic rotary drum filter is the rotary drum, which is composed of other filter tanks, heating tanks, vacuum pumps, air compressors, suction pumps, and various tanks. The filter cloth is wrapped around the outer wall of the rotary drum. The filter machine area immersed in the filter slurry accounts for about 30% to 40% of the total area. The speed control is 0.1~3 [cycles/minute]. Every rotation, any part of the filtering surface undergoes stages such as filtration (when immersed in the filter slurry), washing, drying, blowing, and scraping (after being transferred out of the filter slurry).

The cylindrical wall of the rotary drum is covered with stainless steel support plates, and the filter cloth is supported on the support plates. The drum wall is divided into 12 sections evenly around the periphery, and each section is not connected to each other inside the drum, but each section has pipes that are connected to the perforated disk on the end face of the rotary drum. This rotating disc and the fixed disc mounted on the bracket are tightly overlapped by spring pressure, and the rotating disc and the fixed disc overlap and rotate with each other to form a distribution head. There are three grooves on the fixed plate, which are respectively connected to the two vacuum pipelines leading to the filtrate tank and the washing solution tank, as well as the blowing pipeline leading to the air compressor tank.

1. When using this equipment for the first time, strictly follow the instructions for using the filter machine.

2. During normal operation of the equipment, attention should be paid to the rate of increase and sudden decrease in filtration flow, in order to promptly detect filter material blockage and breakage.

3. The power supply of this machine should be effectively grounded.

4. Heating buckets are strictly prohibited from being powered on without materials.

5. The infusion pump and static pump of this machine are strictly prohibited from idling without liquid.
