The microporous filter membrane produced by our company is refined through scientific formula and recognized by the provincial science and technology commission. It has the advantages of smooth surface, light and thin texture, high porosity, uniform microporous structure, fast flow rate, and low adsorption. It is suitable for clarification and sterilization of liquids by pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, biological reagents and other units. Generally, particles above 0.65 can be filtered out, and bacteria below 0.45 can be filtered out.

Usage and precautions of mixed cellulose ester microporous membrane:

1. Place the filter membrane in a clean container, soak it in distilled water at 70 ℃ for a few minutes, and place it in a suitable filter before use.

2. This film is suitable for liquids with a pH of 2-9 and should not be used for organic solutions such as strong acid-base alcohols.

3. This product can withstand temperatures of 120 ℃ and withstand pressures of 3-4kg/cm2.

4. Microporous membrane can only be used for the final stage of fine filtration. The filtrate must be filtered through a coarse filter material such as a sand rod or filter paper to avoid clogging of the filter membrane.
