Bag filter is a device with excellent filtering performance, and some precautions should be taken when using it:

1. The bag filter needs to be firmly fixed, and the outlet of the pump and the inlet of the bag filter should be firmly connected. Preparation work can be done before operation to avoid failure during operation and damage to the filter bag.

2. After covering, a falling lid can hurt your hands:

b、 Check the O-ring seal and the O-ring groove on the filter, please replace with new parts.

3. The bag filter must be securely fixed, ensuring that the pump outlet is firmly connected to the bag filter inlet (if necessary, a return valve can be installed), and well connected to the pump's power supply.

4. Inspect the stainless steel mesh inside the bag filter, check if the filter bag is securely installed and fixed, if the upper cover is pressed and sealed in place, and if the pressure gauge and exhaust valve are firmly connected.

5. Ensure that the socket is connected correctly.

6. Before turning on the inlet pump for filtration, ensure that each part is connected well enough.

7. Pipeline condition, system auxiliary equipment, whether the filter body is leaking, and water supply system. Whether the processing water volume and the pressure and temperature at each point match the design. Ensure that the instrument displays and records correctly. Repeatedly check to ensure that all safety devices are functioning properly.

8. The single bag filter bag was adjusted at the beginning of installation, but after a few days, the leakage of the filter bag should be checked, as changes in temperature and pressure, installation issues, and repeated dust removal may cause some filter bags to fall off.

9. New filter bag shipment:

When starting to run, unexpected situations often occur and extra caution must be taken. For example, abnormal temperature, pressure, and moisture may damage new equipment, especially clogging or corroding filter bags due to corrosion or poor water quality of raw water.
