3. The sterilization of filtration equipment should be thorough and effective, and the temperature of the sterilization water should be preferably 90-95 ℃, with a minimum action time of 35 minutes.
4. Regularly inspect the sealing components of the equipment, and replace them promptly if aging is found.
5. Before pre coating, it is necessary to thoroughly eliminate the gas inside the plate and frame filter. The flow rate and pressure during pre coating should be stable to avoid "pressure shock" and ensure the uniformity of the pre coating.
6. During the pre coating process, filter aids such as perlite can be added appropriately to improve the permeability of the filter layer.
7. When connecting pipelines, the cone bottom of the fermentation tank should be thoroughly cleaned.
8. Use a combiner to ensure smooth tank replacement.
9. The diatomaceous earth mixing tank and all pipelines are protected with inert gas.
10. When mixing diatomaceous earth, it is best to use sterile deoxygenated water or filtered beer, and the mixing ratio should not change too much.
11. When adding diatomaceous earth, the amount should be stable and should not be too large or too small.
