The SHKI-II filter machine consists of a cylinder, a filter liquid plate, a visual system, a bidirectional compression device, and a circulation pipeline system. Open the feed valve, start filtering, and the filtrate will be transported to the designated storage tank.

The slurry is pumped into the filter, and after the upper emptying valve shows that the slurry is full of the filter, the feeding is stopped. Open the circulation pipeline system to circulate the slurry in the filter body, monitor the environment, and when the visual inspection meets the quality requirements, close the circulation pipeline system, open the feed valve, start filtering, and the filtrate is transported to the designated storage tank. There are two types of filters: Type I and Type II. Type I is insulation filtration or high-temperature filtration.
